Columbia, MD,  October 30, 2008 -       The RION NX-28FT is a program card for RION’s newest sound level meter, the NA-28. The NX-28FT turns the NA-28 into a meter that can do 1/3rd, 1/1/ octave bands simultaneously into a capable FFT analyzer with 8,000 lines resolution and 20 kHz frequency range. (Both of these are not changeable.)

Some features:

·          Meets ISO 1996-2:2007 Annex C

·          All pass and frequency provided simultaneously, inst, max, from 1 to 999 s

·          100 dB dynamic range

·          Hanning and rectangular weighting

·          Sorts up to 20 “peaks” by level, then frequency

·          Up to 40 x zoom

·          Trigger – internal and external

·          Stores on CF card

·          Can optionally store wave form
